I contacted these guys because they have a rep for lightning fast response times and fair quotes on Yelp. They did not disappoint. David got back to me within a half hour on Yelp private messaging and I was promptly contacted by their dispatch team to schedule an estimate the next day. I just needed a GFI install done, and Arthur, who was very informative and friendly, provided the estimate and then followed up with me the following week. He made a trip from Grapevine to Fort Worth after standard business hours to do the install because he had told us someone would be out on Thursday and wanted to keep his word. He was also nice enough to take a look at the power running from our dishwasher since we had not yet been able to figure out how to turn the dang thing on.

Anyway, I am really impressed with the professionalism and quality of service for Dennis Electric. This is how a business should operate! I will definitely call them again if I have an electrical issue.

Our old house has some weird stuff, like the downstairs ceiling fan that plugs in upstairs. I called two well-rated electricians to create a better solution. One gave me a price over the phone. But Dennis Electric came out to see the situation in person and provided a written estimate, which made me far more comfortable. He even got on a ladder to check the brand and model number on the fan so we could shop for a compatible light kit.

The morning of the scheduled work, the technician phoned to say there had been cancellations and he could come sooner. I told hime the original time would be better, and he cheerfully said okay. And boom, he was right on time. Polite and professional. Before leaving, the technician removed all the trash and vacuumed carefully in every area he'd been working.

There was a small glitch in the job, beyond what was estimated, but Dennis Electric held to the original estimate. I love it when there are no financial surprises on a job like this. Very satisfied! I will call them again next time we need an electrician.

We used Dennis Electric for our whole home remodel in 2013. It was our first experience remodeling a home so the advice and counsel that we received from the team at Dennis Electric throughout the process was very much appreciated, as was their effort in working with our difficult home (no attic/crawlspace made rewiring a pain). They even suggested electrical improvements, switch placements, and light placements we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. Great group of folks from top to bottom.

VERY impressive!!
When the other electricians were unreachable, I contacted Dennis Electric. Even though it was a Saturday, and they were closed, the owner responded immediately in a professional, smart, caring way. I explained what was happening, and he had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. Charles came out first thing Monday morning and had it fixed in less than ten minutes! He told me I had him for an hour, so I found many smaller, bothersome issues with the electric in our house, everything from rotating switches to fixing a fan. He completed four projects in that hour AND thoroughly cleaned everything...and the cost was more than manageable! I did have a favorite electrician before, but only because I hadn't used Dennis Electric. This is the one to call!!

Purchased a new house in historic Grapevine and house needed loads of lighting help. Contacted Dennis Electric, Front desk person was polite and considerate, listened to my needs. David scheduled a quote the next day, when asked, David made awesome recommendations, he always made time for panicking phone calls, terrifying text and always made me feel as though I was his number one client. Jeremiah was our electrician, professional, polite, cleaned up the mess before he left the residence each day, said ""yes"" to everything that I asked him to tweak during his repairs and never complained. He was in our residence for 3 days and when Jeremiah said he would arrive at 8:00a, he not only arrived on time but 5 minutes early, never late. The prices were extremely reasonable.
I will recommend Dennis Electric to all of my clients and many, many kudos to David and Jeremiah along with his team.
