Hancock is the best! I called him today for a quote for dimmer switch installation. He gave me a fair price and let me know he could come right over and do the job. I was immediately impressed by him on the phone and was pleasantly surprised that he would be able to do the job on the same day, almost unheard of.
The job was much more complex than we originally planned on. Hancock was amazing and figured it all out. He went above and beyond and had a great disposition. I will only hire him for all of my future electrical needs. You can't go wrong and will be in good hands with him. Five star all the way!

Requested a quote to look at my bedroom light switch that smell burnt. Not even 10min,I got response back and gave me quote right away and they're be able to come by the house within 15min. Hancock looked at the burned light switch and fix the problem in a timely manner. He was informative and explained what caused the problem.

This is my second review of Den Electric. Den has been doing electric work for my from past 3 years on three or four different occasions. The team works diligently and clearly explaining the options and risks. I am impressed with their care to finish the job even if it takes additional time and effort to revisit the store to get the right parts.
The prices are reasonable, and they are flexible to accommodate changes in the project as we discover new issues. I recommend them for your next project.

Needed someone to come over to install a new charger for my Tesla and I'm very glad I went with Hancock! He was such a great guy to work with, we spoke over the phone and he was very straightforward and upfront about the price. Today I initiated a Yelp request for price quotes for a small electrical job. DEN Electric was quick to respond with a quote. Hancock, the owner, said he could come to do the job today, even though it was already late in the afternoon. He arrived, evaluated the job swiftly and completed the job in a neat and timely manner. He honored his original quote. He and his business partner, James, were pleasant and easy to work with. I would contact DEN Electric again for electrical projects.

We called Hancock to install a 220v outlet and our JuiceBox 40 amp EV charger. He came out the same day (within an hour!) and quickly installed it at a reasonable price. He was very friendly and explained everything to us. Also very professional. We highly recommend him for your electrical work.

They arrived on time and were very professional and competent.

I obtained other Licensed electrician quotes that were cheaper but he was willing to price match the others for a fair price. I chose him b/c he was very responsibly communicative and that gave me confidence. My instincts proved to be correct.

I had a very good experience with these guys installing recessed lighting on a new circuit for my living room. Excellent communication up front. I like how they worked with me to plan the work. I wanted fixtures with some custom features (gimbal trims, 4000K color temp, use of existing LED bulbs in some) so I ordered the materials for the lights. They were professional and efficient at completing the work on the scheduled day. Pricing is competitive.

Mr. Chan showed up very promptly as we planned our appointment. He is very professional and friendly that completed my request so efficiently. He also resolved my additional task very patiently which other electrician can not even locate the problem. While vacuuming the light by door flickered and the outlet went out. Then two light switches didn't work anymore and we tried to reset the circuit breaker and still didn't work. I sent out a Yelp a quote and many responded. Hancok had a very direct/ clear answer of cost. He did a thorough explanation of what may or may not be. I explained what happened and he said sounds like a simple fix. He said he can leave right away to me. He came from an hour away! Power shoot and knew the problem after 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Nice guy. Definitely recommend
