This company has provided an excellent service to our home. When we first talked to Ryan about an inquiry with our panel, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all understanding of our situation and need. He didn't hesitate to help us and accommodate our request. He is kind and gives information that will help his customers to understand things better. He is not pushy, he is fair and gives an affordable price for such service. We have been calling different contractors for the past weeks to get our panel done and no one can give us the price that is affordable until we talked to Ryan. His team arrived in our house 30 minutes earlier than what is scheduled. They are polite and punctual. They finished the job and we are very satisfied with it. Smelled a burning plastic smell coming from our electric box. Seemed potentially dangerous, so wanted to find an electrician to come out same-day if possible. Most electricians weren't available...but Ryan listened to my story and knew it was important someone come out immediately, so he called up the folks he had on a job nearby to see how that job was going & whether they could spare one of the electricians to swing by our place. I really appreciated he was so attentive to the potential emergency situation while also clearly respecting the job that was already going on. He was also really communicative and clear, updating me on the arrival time of the electrician, etc. Definitely really appreciated Delta Dawn Electric today!!!

We had a new electrical panel with outlet installed outside of our home over a year ago. They did a nice job. They know what they're doing and can creatively solve problems. Better yet, they honor warrantied work with zero hassle and are very responsive to questions, concerns, and the like, even though they are usually very busy. They are friendly and professional, as well. Doesn't get much better than that.

The Electric Panel upgrade to 200 Amp. at my Sunnyvale home was started on 8th May2023.

Jordan and Sam from Delta Dawn Electric came early before PG&E came to shut off power.
PG&E came at 9:30 A.M. and shut off the power.

The old Square D XO panel was 100 Amp. Got replaced with Siemens MC2442B1200EFV.

Jordan and Sam were very professional and courteous. They worked very hard to complete the installation by the end of the day. By 4:00 P.M. They were done. They had to go under the crawl space to run a grounding wire from the panel at the back of the house to the water supply line at the front. They also checked the attic for proper wiring.

Only thing they missed was to schedule the city inspector to come at the end of the day. He was scheduled for 10th.

On Wednesday10th PG&E came at 9:30 to make a permanent connection to their feeder line. Power to home was off only for half an hour.

Then Ryan came to meet the city inspector of Sunnyvale. Because the inspectors give a wide range of time slot, Ryan had to wait a long time. Ryan came at 12 but the inspector showed up only at 3. Ryan stayed in his pickup and carried out his office work while waiting for the inspector.

The inspector passed the initial work but wanted a Surge Arrest to be installed. The Gas Water Heater also needed to be bonded. These are as per the city code.

So the next inspection was on 23rd almost 2 weeks after. It so happened that Ryan planed to complete the work before the inspector came on the same day. This was to save an extra trip of coming from Concord.

On 23rd the inspector came at 9:15 A.M. He went to the back of the house hoping the Surge Arrest will be there. He also checked the Gas Water Heater. He was upset that nobody from Delta Dawn Electric had shown up. He failed the inspection and left. It is always 2 weeks to get next inspection in Sunnyvale. So now it will be June 6th.

Then at 9:30 A.M. Jordan showed up after the inspector left and worked upto 11:00 A.M. Installing the Surge Arrest and bonding the Gas Water Heater. He was very professional and courteous. Considering the quality of all the work done, we excuse them for their scheduling mistakes. It is always important to have the work done to our satisfaction. See the photo attached. They also patched the panel with the stucco nicely. I am sure they will finish their work way ahead of any inspection in the future. That is the reason I am giving ***** in the review. I highly recommend them.

I am sure that they will not miss the next inspection and add 2 more weeks of delay for the whole project.

I have been though my share of company's to help fix issues with my aging home and have run across some very very bad ones . Ryan and his crew is a breath of fresh air .. I just wish they could take care of everything that the house needs and I never have to deal with anymore incompetent , disrespectful, incapable of telling the truth , lying to get more money , bad companies!!!

We were out looking for a good electrical company. We were recommended by a friend to contact Ryan, from Delta Dawn Electric. We decided to onboard Delta Dawn. And, we got lucky. They are probably the most honest electrical company in the bay area. Transparent to the core and prefer using the existing equipment rather splurging money on new gadgets. Quite unusual to find such folks in today's world. They are extremely courteous, professional and know their stuff. Their technicians are certified, unlike many other electrical companies. They treat your money like their own.

Brody and Christian showed up early. They are truly awesome, not a word I use very often. And then showed up the next day despite light showers. They completed the assignment despite the rain. They knew exactly what to do and what the problem was. They had plan A, plan B, and multiple options. They worked with me very closely on all options before narrowing down on the other most cost-effective option. It was like a team. I have never enjoyed working with any company as much as I did with Brody and Christian.

They arrived on time and did a very clean installation and answered all my last-minute questions along the way. In today's world where so many are greedy, it is amazing to come across a company with integrity. I strongly recommend Delta Dawn Electric. Guys keep up the good work. So, proud of you. Our gas range stopped working and we didn't want to repair it again. So we decided to go electric. I forgot to check the voltage requirements when I bought the new range though. Come delivery day I realize we needed a 240v circuit installed. Face palm.

I called Delta Dawn. Ryan was very responsive and arrived within an hour of my initial call. I got the estimate later that day. Unfortunately, we had to wait over a week for the install because they were booked up. No worries. We got by on microwave, toaster oven-air fryer and Door Dash for a week.

On install day, the crew showed up precisely on time and had the circuit installed and hot in under 3 hours. Ryan checked in as well. They were clean and quick. Truly professional. Thanks guys!
