I hired John to install an inline dryer booster fan Sep 8, 2021. John stated from the beginning of the project he thought I had purchased the wrong fan and my ductwork was not correct and a fire hazard. He took the existing non-working fan out, talked to the fan manufacturer, etc. He installed the new fan then confirmed it was the wrong type! He then said he could not return to install the correct fan and change the ductwork until after 10/5. I texted him several times trying to schedule after 10/5. He never returned my texts. I was not able to return the wrong fan because he had installed it and the return date lapsed. I paid for the first service call where he problem-solved. Now I will need to start all over again, plus, I own a fan that is not correct.
