During my time as an employee, two things made going to work difficult. One was feeling undervalued and overworked, while the other was being part of a company that didn't value me. Adding to my frustration, I was able to lead the company. This leads me to my next concern: I didn't feel right about gouging customers. I understood that clients could have found a better price and product. One morning, I decided not to return to work and launched DeLion in 2014. DeLion Electrical Contractors is committed to service with transparency.
