When I worked for someone else, I found two aspects of the job unpleasant. I felt underappreciated and undervalued in a company that didn't support me. To make things worse, I was capable to manage the company. This leads me to my next concern: I didn't feel right about gouging customers. I realized customers could get a better deal and product. One morning, I made the decision to not return to work and founded DeLion in 2014. At DeLion Electrical Contractors, we believe in providing service with integrity.
