During my time as an employee, two things made going to work challenging. One was feeling underappreciated and stretched thin, while the other was being part of a company that wasn't invested in me. To make matters worse, I was qualified to run the company myself. This leads me to my next concern: I didn't feel right about overcharging customers. I realized customers could get a better deal and product. One morning, I made the decision to not return to work and founded DeLion in 2014. DeLion Electrical Contractors stands for delivering service with integrity.
