I made an appointment with Alex and he said he was very busy and couldn't get to the project for three weeks. He came recommended from a source I've used for a while so I waited. When he shows up after three weeks I'm told he only has two hours which this job was going to take all day. He never set up front that's all the time I had or I would've found someone you could've came out sooner and completed the whole job. His business model seems to be to do some of the job to keep you on the hook. I'm in real estate in Santa Barbara and deal with contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. Quite frequently and would definitely NOT recommend his services.

He answered my call on a Saturday morning, had me text some photos of my electrical box, bought the part, and came over later that day and replaced the part.
Our house has electricity again!!

Alex is the best! He hooked up my Tesla charger and my hot tub, and later unhooked both of them when I moved. He was punctual, got the job done fast, and right the first time. He was available when I had called several other electricians who were booked for weeks and he was even willing to help me out several times by coming after hours and on weekends. I am a part time resident from LOS ANGELES. I arrived this afternoon and needed few smoke detectors installed. I was sure as it is the 31st that it would be difficult to find a responsible electrician who would want to take on a small job.

To my pleasant surprise, Del Toro Electric shows up on time as promised with all the tools one can think of in a professional truck.

Very quick , reasonable and most of all on time.
