They immediately came out and diagnosed the problem. Apparently, it was installed wrong, and the wires were mixed up. They gave us a decent quote to fix it. It took a few weeks for the parts needed to arrive. They fixed it in one day. They were very professional and very prompt. I highly recommend them.
