My background spans more than 40 years in residential construction, electrical services, and plumbing. In high school, I gained hands-on experience in shop class, where we built houses that were later sold by the school. After that, I worked with my uncle, renovating and completely remodeling houses we purchased. As a firefighter, I maintained my passion for carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks. I find immense satisfaction in entering a home, completing a task, and seeing the excitement on the homeowner's face as everything falls into place. My path in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work started in high school, followed by hands-on experience with my uncle in gutting and remodeling homes. Building and remodeling has been a lifelong passion of mine. When my wife decided to open a tanning salon, I showcased my skills in Iuka. I received a request to restore the historic feed mill in Iuka to its original condition. I encountered numerous individuals interested in my craftsmanship during this period. After hearing stories of dissatisfaction with other contractors, we felt compelled to start our own carpentry and plumbing business. Our goal isn’t to get rich but to ensure people receive what they ask for and that the job is done right. We are dedicated to helping others and fixing the issues caused by previous contractors. As a retired Captain from the Fire Department, I now support my wife, a registered nurse, as she works on her Doctorate in nursing. Originally from Texas, we moved to Mississippi. Having been raised in Mississippi, my wife’s family remains in the area. We chose Iuka for its charm and the many amenities nearby.
