We have used Deckers over the years several times. We always found them to be honest and reasonably priced. Today that was approved yet again. Our deck lights were not working, so we called Randy to come and check it out. Some sort of switch had gone bad. Since they had installed the switch less than a year ago they replaced it free of charge. No charge whatsoever was incurred by us. It is so nice to have reputable people that we can call on when we need them.

Called Randy based on referral from a friend. He was great! He came when he said he would, and he wired and installed 3 fans for us! He fit me in and came back for our problem fan right away! I had 2 ceiling fans installed by Randy a couple of years ago. After a few weeks, they started rattleing. It took several phone calls before he came out to fix the problem. Then it started again. No response to phone calls until I threatened to report him to the Better Business Bureau. He made a half-assed attempt but couldn't fix the problem. I called a different company who adjusted the fans and have not had a problem since.

Hired them to install an electrical outlet in my bathroom, I didnt ask for a special ""deal"" whatever it cost is just what it cost, I just wanted it done right they showed up promptly, I was at work, when my wife told me on the phone they were in our attic and the job only took about an hour I was worried ( I was an electrical contractor for 12 years, but am in a differant field now) . a couple weeks later when i had time i crawled up in my attic to inspect their work, they hacked into my overhead lighting system in my bedroom for 120 a/c power, and left the broken parts on the attic floor, then they ""clothes lined) a wire straight across my attic floor , over pipes, heat/a/c ducts, insulation and the like and made no attempt to follow existing wiring routes, they didnt even attempt to secure any of their wiring, no electrical inspector would ever approve this job.
when I was in this buisness I would have been ashamed to tell anyone it was my work...I will stay away from these guys in the future.
