We have used Deckers over the years several times. We always found them to be honest and reasonably priced. Today that was approved yet again. Our deck lights were not working, so we called Randy to come and check it out. Some sort of switch had gone bad. Since they had installed the switch less than a year ago they replaced it free of charge. No charge whatsoever was incurred by us. It is so nice to have reputable people that we can call on when we need them.

I had 2 ceiling fans installed by Randy a couple of years ago. After a few weeks, they started rattleing. It took several phone calls before he came out to fix the problem. Then it started again. No response to phone calls until I threatened to report him to the Better Business Bureau. He made a half-assed attempt but couldn't fix the problem. I called a different company who adjusted the fans and have not had a problem since.
