Called Brian around 12:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday was able to make it to my home by 4:45pm the same day. Took him a total of 20 - 25 minutes to diagnose and resolve the issue. Polite/Friendly and very personable. Wealth of knowledge. Shared everything he was doing. More than pleased with the service. Highly recommended. My go to individual from this point forward.

Brian responded to my request promptly and scheduled his visit in a couple of days. He was very personable, professional and courteous. He did an excellent job installing new outlets needed. One requiring new circuit from the electrical panel in the garage, running conduit along outside of the house and back into the house where outlet was needed. Other outlet was in our master bathroom for a new bidet. Work was done well and he left nothing to clean up. Thanks Brian. .

I emailed Decker Electric for a price quote to replace/install switches and outlets. Brian emailed back to call and discuss what needs to be done. He was very nice over the phone and made me feel at ease. Moving forward, Brian came and fixed/replaced upgraded and installed my light switches and outlets. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. His congenial personality made it easier for us to explain what needed to be done. He did a very good job, not to mention reasonable price. I'll be calling him for future job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I want to send a BIG MAHALO & ALOHA to Brian & John Decker.
On 1/31/19 I called Brian because ""water was leaking down my rooftop from my water heater solar panel"". After calming me down...Brian told me to call his Brother John, explain the situation, & come to my home after he finishes his job in Honolulu.

About 6:30 pm, I began to give up hope that John would not make it to my home (fighting the traffic to Ewa Bch), & the late evening hour. Lo! & Behold Brother John arrived!!! With a Big Smile & A Happy Good Evening To You - with Flashlight in hand, he climbed to my rooftop, & let me know what was happening w/ the solar panel. He came down the ladder & went straight to my water heater. He proceeded to turn handles & shut-down the solar panel ""system"" which stopped the water leak! (John made sure that my water heater still made hot water for my home although the solar panel was now KAPUT!!!!

All my stress & anxiety disappeared @ that moment!!! As a Local Girl - this Haole Man went out of his way to help my situation get resolved.
Before John left my home, I was ready to Adopt him if he let me...Ha! Ha! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED W/ THEIR SERVICE. They are very do-to-earth in their attitude & work ethics.
