He gave me a very reasonable price for the option I selected and his electricians installed everything to my satisfaction.

Had them come out for a small job (replace a few GFI outlets for home inspection resolution), experience was quick and efficient. They had no problem with me providing my own supplies to save a few dollars, I appreciate the helpful attitude and not trying to nickel and dime me.

What a fantastic experience. My Mom's house had some problems and she had no hot water & no lights, had another company come out, check things out, flipped a few breakers got the lights back on and then told her she needed all kinds of work to be done to the tune of $4,800.00. When I called and asked for an explanation I was told that due to new codes everything had to e upgraded etc. Dean's was recommended by a friend, I called and talked to Lindsay who was so helpful and had me email the proposal so Dean could look at it. Then I got a call from Dean and after we talked he wanted to send out one of his guys to check things out and see if they couldn't get my Mom's water heater on for her. They came out the same day, the technician looked things over and found the problem, fixed the problem and my Mom now has hot water. There are other things that need to be upgraded and fixed but no where near the cost of the original proposal. Dean's Electric is an honest company and one I will be recommending to all my friends. Everyone I dealt with from the office, the owner and the technician all had one goal and that was to take care of the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I must admit, being in the world of real estate, I was afraid of using an electrician when my seller needed work. One person came from a big company who advertises all over the net, to meet me and I felt so taken advantage of. He was a fast talker.....talk about ""price gouge to the tune of $8,000 was quoted!"" How do they sleep at night? So I called Deans' and from the start, I felt comfortable and really felt that honesty would prevail for my seller and it did. Final price was under $400- The other company quoted things I didn't come close to needing!

Made a service call because I was having issues wiring a motion activated attic light as well as a power outlet together with an additional line running into one box. Called them up and an electrician by the name of Dave showed up right on time. He was neat, organized, and worked meticulously to complete the task in only a few minutes. We have used Dean's Electric several times in the past and this experience was just as good as all of the other times. Would highly recommend them to anybody who needs anything fixed or remodeled in their house!!!!

Deans electrical service is indeed a very rare find. I recently moved to the area and came across Dean electrical service and called them for some repairs to my new home. Their staff is prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I recently had to call them again for an emergency repair and they did all they could to get out there quickly and take care of the issue.
