My power went out on a Thursday during a time when the heat index in Florida was between 205-110 degrees (feels like temp). I made over a dozen calls starting with my Electric company. We were told by the Elect. co. That the problem was with my home and not the companies power supply. They removed the meter and put a temp so-called fix and let. immediately after they left the temp fix failed. For the next five days we smoldered in the house calling every Electric company in Tampa. I understand that people are busy but there was absolutely no compassion for our wellbeing and no attempt to work with us. I then called DEAN'S ELECTRIC. First, I spoke a very nice and compassionate lady that seemed to understand our situation. She ask for information and said that she would try everything she could to get someone out to help. Then Dean himself called and said that all of the servicemen were out and that he would personally come out to help us. After meeting Dean he told me that the person I spoke with was his wife and together they decided, even though it was late in the day that they he would come out and assist a family in need. He came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. and took care of the problem. I was willing to pay whatever was needed just to get some relief and yet his price was lower than any estimate that i had been given. It's great to know that there is a least one company that in this day and age of self-interest is willing to go the extra mile to help a customer in need. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Thanks to Dean Electric, specifically Edan and his wife they have a customer for life. I'm sure that his example emanates through the entire company. Again Thanks

Dean's has done all the electrical work at our home. They installed cabinet lighting that changed the entire feel of our kitchen, landscape lighting, recessed can lighting throughout our entire home, hung all of our patio fans, and they've done one off jobs every now and then for us. The customer service you receive and the quality of work is like no other. They know the Tampa area so well being locally family owned and operated which is awesome, and Dean is a straight shooter who will not waste your time or money. I feel confident in listening to the advice they give us as first time home owners. No rip offs and just nice people all around. Dean and the team know what they're doing and are in business for all the right reasons!

Called them this morning with very specific details regarding new fitness equipment and was put through to Dean, of Dean's electrical. Due to the person who answered the call passing along misinformation he told me i didn't need that done. When he asked why I thought I need it, I said because that's what the manufacture requires in order for the item to be installed. When I proceeded to provide him the specific instructions I needed for my job he turned out to be a big jerk and told me to call someone else!!

Sometimes it takes a little research and some luck to find competent trades companies such as Deans Electric. I received an estimate with a cap number that I thought was fair and today they came out to install a dedicated line for an outdoor spa. The tech was knowledgeable and organized and did a great job. I would use Dean's Electric for small and any large jobs in the future.
