We had put in yet another call to our home warranty company for our fluorescent lights in the garage flickering and/or not working at all. The year before it took two months to get a ballast replaced and do necessary repairs. This time Doron Garby came out and gave us a very reasonable price to just convert all of our fluorescent to LED. We have a lifetime warranty and he has stood by it. Several bulbs were defective and his guys came out within two DAYS (not months) and switched them out. Great company to deal with. They really CARE about their customers. We also had an motion sensor light installed just outside the side door to the garage and I love it! I feel much safer with that light when I have to go outside now after dark.

I highly recommend D&D based on an incredible and integrity-filled service experience. I was scheduling an appointment with Deborah for an outlet that stopped working outside. She asked several investigative questions and requested a picture. She then consulted a technician and called me right back. She asked us to try a few things, and in fact, the outlet works. She let us know that our issue is with a fountain motor. With ten selfless minutes, Deborah saved us the time and money for a service visit that would not have fixed our issue. Truly amazing! I was assigned this company through my Home Warranty Company and I couldn't tell you if they are good at their job because they never showed up. My first appointment they called me and said they would need to cancel because of an ""emergency"". My second appointment they failed to show or call. I decided to call to find out what had happened and was notified that they called my home home warranty company to tell them that they couldn't accommodate me. I received no call to cancel my set appointment. Instead, I was left waiting at my house for a technician to show up. I also don't understand how they can all of a sudden just decide that they can't accommodate me. My home warranty company stated that they never received a call from the company either. What a joke.

They did a great job installing the ceiling fan last year, they were quick and clean. Unfortunately, they have been inconsistent in their communication the last few weeks. My husband initially spoke with them about installing new electrical outlets in our backyard. After explaining the scope of work, she gave a verbal quote which was within our budget. She said they would send someone out to survey the backyard, but have yet to do so. We have made several attempts to contact them and schedule the work to no avail. We were looking forward to utilizing their services again, but their lack of communication has us seeking a new contractor.
