Diego was professional and pleasant, and never at any time pressured me into services I did not request or require.

Though I chose to complete most of the installation myself, Diego was instrumental in helping me with the basic wiring for a new video doorbell. Furthermore, he made sure that the new doorbell would receive enough power; the transformer needs to pass enough power through to allow the camera, microphone and speaker to function.

I would work with Diego again, and can recommend him highly.

I called Diego yesterday about adding an outdoor outlet to our home. He was responsive and quick with communication. He was able to do our job the next day and he was early to the job site. He is great at problem solving and was able to roll with new requests on the fly - including adding more outlets and installing a ring flood light. He cleaned up the site beautifully. Diego was the absolute best! I never imagined we'd be able to get a pendant hung above our dining room table just a few days before Christmas 2020, but Diego managed to finish the job in a quick, timely manner and scheduling with him was easy as can be, too. He was super responsive via text after we connected via YELP, and even showed up earlier than expected (which was perfect for our schedule as it allowed him to finish the job over our lunch break at home).

We've worked with many electricians over the years but Diego was by far, above and beyond, the best we've dealt with in all of Los Angeles, period. He not only was the most responsive out of all the electricians we reached out to, but he was able to provide an approx. quote based on the pictures we texted him so we knew exactly what we were paying/getting into even before the day he showed up to install our new hanging pendant in our dining room. Before he arrived, it was but a flat ceiling... but within just 2 hours, he was able to hang this piece beautifully and perfectly (see pictures attached to the review), and did so with the utmost professionalism, attention to detail and positive attitude.

On top of this, Diego wasn't just respectful, hard-working and focused, but he is also just a genuinely kind human being. We so appreciated the way he not only came in and did the work exceptionally well, but he also asked thoughtful questions when necessary and even shared a little bit about how the COVID-19 year had affected him personally as we were just conversing about how crazy 2020 had been. We really connected with him and in today's world, that's more important than ever! We definitely need more people in the electrician / home install / service industry like Diego, for sure. So please, if you're looking to hire a stellar electrician who also is a great person, all-around (and a veteran, serving our country when duty calls) then look no further and hire Diego.
