Mark is the best! I've hired several electricians over the years and so glad to finally have found one who does clean work and trustworthy. He's installed cameras, can ceiling lights, high end ceiling fans, and all new exterior light fixtures for us over the last couple of years. I trust him so much I gave him a code to our house since we wouldn't be home. He did it, cleaned up, and I got home as he was ready to drive away. Fair priced and great work. Thanks Mark!

We recently had DBK upgrade our car charger. I had my brother-in-law take a look at their work when he was in town. He's been an electrician for over 20 years and told us he's never seen a more egregious fire hazard.

Obviously everyone makes mistakes, but I think it's reasonable to expect things to be remedied. We emailed them photos of the wiring and left a voicemail politely explaining the issue and now they won't return our calls. No explanation, no concern, just ghosted.

We ended up paying a local electrician $700 to come out and fix their mistakes. Luckily we hadn't patched the drywall yet, or it would have cost even more.

To add insult to injury, they covered the entire neighborhood in flyers, half of which ended up in gutters and down our storm drains. I hate to think that one of those flyers lead to a phone call and another unsafe installation in our community.

In the end, I'm grateful to have found an honest, professional electrician (and for my brother-in-law) who helped make things right. I just wish we'd looked for someone more reputable from the start.
