There are a bunch of other places that cover Pacifica who responded
Bruce O.Dave is the best. We've had him back several times to do follow-up projects and he's on time, helpful, and knowledgeable.
My wife especially likes working with him. On a recent kitchen remodel he walked through a number of alternatives with varying short- and long-term costs. In just a few minutes he helped her decide on what was ultimately the lowest cost option.
Unlike most of the building tradespeople we've worked with, Dave checks with us about any decisions that need to be made. We've worked with others who do pretty much what they please, and don't want educated homeowners: Dave is a rarity in that regard.
