Estimates are free, jobs are done in a timely manner and all employees have been with the company for years. Good for basic home electrical repairs, generator installation and massive electrical overhauls to name a few.

Got charged for something we should not have been charged at all for. Not very cool. It would have been so much better for them to have 1) established with us the price in advance so we knew we would be charged or 2) made it a token amount so that we would use their services another time. All they did was refer us to another contractor that could do the work - and we were planning to go there anyway!
