I wanted Rick from Dawson Electric to run an in ground spa light cable from the spa to the electrical panel. He said he could do it in about 1-2 hours. He showed up on the job late. He said he could do the work and assumed he new what he was doing. He pulled the cable in without using the electricians lube on the wires. The wire would come all the way out by the electrical panel. He then said before he would be back in the morning to finish the job. It would only take an hour he said. He asked for payment that day before he left. I knew right then and there something was wrong. I paid him and then in the morning he called me to say he had to pick up a product to finish the job and would charge me another 4 hours as a flat fee. He tried to change the pay structure from what we agreed upon. He was trying to charge me for him having to go to the store and buy what any good electrician should already have, electricians lube. So he was going to charge me all over again because he didn't do the job correctly in the first place. Rick is nothing but a crook. Don't use him unless you want to be charged more money. I called a good electrian and he did the job in less then one hour. Rick took four hours and was going to charge me 4 more for the next day.

Was very rude, did a lot of bragging about his company saying we have a web site, we have trucks with our name on it! Fast talker and talks over you! The work that was performed in our home was to hook up the line from the microwave to the box outside but the next day all of a sudden our spa electricity stopped working we gave him a call and he started getting loud and telling us it had nothing to do with what they did! we only asked that he come out or have his guy come out and check it and he start saying no you didn't give me a review and it's been three days! Again he was very loud and obnoxious! His main comment to us that we did not do a review yet and why would I give this person a good review when I will never ever use him again and I will never ever recommend him so now we have to call another electrician out to find out why our spa is not working after the other work was done. he said well I gave you a good deal and my husband told him and I gave you good $100 bills! If this is a legitimate company he would not take a check, he only wanted cash I wonder why and he told us if we use a credit card he would have to charge us more money! Be aware! Did not clean up the mess they made in my cabinets! I have also the rude emails he sent! He need to stop begging for reviews!!
