This by far the worst company ever one , they wayyyyyyy over charge and second the part they replaced is used like a kid can tell it's used and customer service is bad. like I'm active duty navy I don't have time to baby sit and also over charge me just by changing one simple panel I highly recommend to go some else and save your money

Rick was first to respond when I requested a quote to multiple companies, provide an initial quote and stopped by shortly after. He demonstrated his trade meticulously ensuring the cause of the busted outlet was identified. You see, this outlet was replaced twice in two years with the previous electrician saying it was the outlet itself being the culprit. Come to find out, After Rick checked the entire line that an outdoor tree light was causing the short blowing the outlet. I'm grateful he took the time to check it all.

Rick was exactly what you want in an Electrician. I needed pendant lights hung up in a bedroom and based on their great reviews I decided to go with Dawson Electric. Out of the many electricians I talked to, Rick was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. He gave me a great quote with and was very clear with what he would be doing. He has great availability and when the job turned out to be much more complicated and longer than he expected, but he worked tirelessly to get it done. He continuously checked in with us throughout the project to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. It was clear that when I hired Rick he made our project a priority, caring about the workmen ship like it was his own house. Rick is now my go to guy for any electrical needs, glad we found him!

Pricing I can't compare since it's a first for me needing an electrician my rating is for fast response and of course quality of the job performed. Elrick diagnosed the problem and found the solution fast. Although he did not have the part required to replace he went out of his way to get it and fixed the problem the same night. I missed the military discount promo by one day but he still gave me a discount by not charging me for his overtime.
I would recommend this company anytime. Out of 5 other electricians I called Dawson was the only one who was accommodating for what I deemed an emergency and a fire hazard.
