My construction career started in 1993, gaining knowledge in various trades, and afterward obtained my building specialty license in Miami-Dade. I moved forward in 2013 to secure my General Contractor license from the state. My brother, who is an architect, set me up in the construction field, and I come from a family background in civil engineering.

juan davila told us ""the work will be done in 3 weeks"",7 months later and we had to leave our apartment, it's unsafe for us, we are 2 seniors, we don't have any kitchen cabinets doors and shelves and drawers and hardware. boxes of dishes and pots all over the apartment.the wooden floor in a pile at the entrance of apartment,it's sad because our are is the safest area as far as the covid-19, lowest cases, we had to leave.
he started work back in february 2020, the waiting the stress the aggravation, just unbearable, paid him $13,250.00, last heard from him, juan davila was scheduling his worker Roberto isai Martinez to install, we called Roberto isai Martinez,
Roberto isai Martinez told us: ""he's out of Miami, we should call juan davila"", juan davila is not answering phone calls nor text nor email.
people, please don't use him, he's a dishonest contractor.
DO NOT USE HIM.save yourselves the problems, This company does not deserve our business.the aggravation and stress and we are held as hostages,
still after paying we are without kitchen cabinets.

Ree M.Started renovation in Miami Beach, quickly Juan showed his lack of coordination, dishonesty and repeated no show to work. He can not seem to keep quality personnel and doesn't schedule. This is all based on facts. Doesn't follow plan, because lacks professionals, then try's to adjust and redo work.
Does not complete any projects, he's always running from one project to another and always playing Victim in his personal family life, but doesn't realize he is affecting everyone else's families. Again, he does not complete any work and plays victim consistently.
He is a dishonest person that consistently lies. If you do attempt to use him (at your own risk)
1. GO SEE HIS FINISHED WORK
2. ASK TO SEE HIS CONTRACT FOR THAT WORK
3. TALK TO THE PROJECT OWNER (MOST LIKELY A FRIEND OF HIS, BEWARE!!)
4. CHECK THE PERMIT STATUS OF THE JOB HE TAKES YOU TO SEE.
5. DO NOT GIVE HIM DEPOSITS, LET HIM DO THE WORK AND PAY HIM ON SITE THAT DAY, IF IT MEETS YOUR SCOPE.
