This is a terrible company. I called for a faucet replacement and the guy came out. He stated they charged $450 per hour. Then he said the install was complicated and would take several hours. Based on this he proposed a lower rate. When he did the job in 30 minutes, I demanded they take less. I told the office this was a rip off and sent in a check marked payment in full for the reasonable hourly rate we agreed to. They cashed it and are still hounding me. This company does price gouge and bait and switch.
I recommend you don't even call them because when they come out they will charge a minimum service call and then quote an astronomical sum.

Beware. I was just charged over $700 to install a new bathroom faucet (which I provided). The average cost of new faucet installation in Florida is $400. Do your homework, I wish I had.

This is a racis company and they do terrible work! I spent $11k on a so called top of the line unit and I've had problems ever since. The install even failed inspection by the city then they came and did a terrible job to 'fix' it. This unit still doesn't work right. I had to call my home warranty company to fix their terrible job. They didn't even want to touch it because it was a 'new unit'. Even on David gray website they only post the positive reviews. Clearly they have something to hide. And they fire all the black workers without just cause but this is at will employmoment state so they get away with it. I want a REFUND!

David Gray's pricing is beyond outrageous. Recently had bathroom sink unclogged and a new P-trap put on and the bill was $413.00 and after coupons $373.30. I email them to call and talk to me about their pricing and after a month I had to call them. Service charge of $69.00 was not applied to bill. $215.00 to unclog bathe sink and $129.30 to install P-trap. The response I received was that I agreed to pay their charges. I did agree to pay for services. I had no way of knowing the time to run snake in the sink would take $215.00 in time. I had no idea P-trap (cost about $30.00) would be $129.00 since he was already under the sink. I am a 78 yr old Vietnam Vet on fixed income. I think the prices are outrageous. B Williams

I've been using David Gray plumbing since the early 90's. 3 repipes. Misc plumbing and pipe clean outs. Always had quick service calls, same morning or by end of day. Always seemed the value was worth the cost.

However, something has changed. Had two service calls last week. Both I feel were way over priced. My loyalty to David Gray Plumbing is lost. Never felt I needed to read other's reviews. But while penning this review, I see an overwhelming number of customers are having the same impression. They have become too expensive to even call for future service. I'll find a smaller plumbing company to finish installing my bathroom fixtures I got in today.

My senior citizen relative called last week to have her air-conditioning unit serviced and checked as it was not cooling her home. David Gray Heating and Air made an appointment to come out yesterday (6/21/22) and told her it would be $180.00. After arriving 1 1/2 hours late for the appointment as it was for 1:00 PM they serviced her unit, changed a wire and doubled the price. When she inquired as to why the charge was now doubled, she was told that ""it was the first day of summer and all their prices double"". Price gouging the elderly people of the community they serve that live on a fixed income is pathetic!!! This is the same community that help build their business and keep them employed. I'm not stopping here I am going to the news media, the Better Business Bureau and the governor as I happen to know him well. I won't stop until this is resolved, and they know they can't treat elderly people in Florida this way

2 gentlemen arrived today to fix our electrical issue. They were professional, kind, patient, and honest. Our outlet wasn't working and needed replaced, they did it right away and quickly. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Overall a great first-time interaction and now we have someone to call for all of our electrical needs! Thanks Y'all :)
