We had an agreement to do the install GFCI on the existing outlets that are self resettable but he installed the ones from amazon which are not. He decided to replace them for the correct one and he decided not to complete the job in the garage. Our agreement was do the work but he decided to cancel it because he had to put the correct GFCI that I ask him the first time before the work even started. He stated that they are same breakers as Home Depot as the ones in Amazon, but apparently they are not. Unless he complete the job as we talk about, this review stays as 1 star due to me losing time because now I have to schedule to another electrician to come in to complete the job.

This is the first time I have seen someone ""David"" seems lost, just trying to find an outdoor GFCI issue. He almost searched my whole house just to end up back in my garage. I had the same issue before, and I know from the last electrician who worked on my outdoor outlet that all the GFCI is in my garage. But anyhow, as soon as he arrives, he doesn't give a a price and starts looking around at first he said he will troubleshoot. Next time, I know $150 for GFCI. Well, ask him first the price before he starts troubleshooting and fixing the issue.

No show for the confirmed appointment. I need to have my kitchen outlets fixed and naively believed David Electrical could come in time after scheduling the appointment with them and even declined several proposals from other electricians that could come earlier. No one contacted me after passing the scheduled time until I texted them. You can tell how they care about the customer by simply saying sorry I forgot and letting me make another appointment after two days. How could I trust them again ? I ended up hiring another electrician right away from Yelp who was able to come the next day on time regardless of the heavy rain to fix the outlets.
