I had Duraid come out today. He was the only one that could come out the very next day and at a price that is reasonable. He was on time and was able to diagnose the problem.

One of my breakers wasn't working. It turned out that my porch lights had water (were not seal at all) which short circuit the living room breaker so all the outlets in the living room were not working including the recessed lights in living room, front door light, the rest of the outdoor landscaping outlets.

To fix the porch lights, would require a lot more work for another day. I am still happy that the living room breaker is now working.
