PROMPT, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, AND NO BS UPSELLING! ALSO OF NOTE - DAVID IS SOLAR SAAVY AND KNOWS HOW TO WORK WITH EXISTING SOLAR SYSTEMS!

I called David after he had done work on my in-laws' home, and I think we all know how difficult to please in-laws can be, LOL. Especially mine, they are the stereotypical ""impossible to please"" types.

To say I was impressed is a gross under-statement.

From the time of the estimate meeting last week, to when he arrived this morning to do the work, he was prompt, arrived on-time and with great communication. His quote was EXTREMELY fair and NOT outrageously over-priced. In fact, he came in over 1/3 cheaper than 3 other contractors!

David and his crew were absolutely awesome. David explained everything thoroughly, and he DOES NOT take short cuts! He will go the extra mile to make sure that everything done is done the right way from the start as if it were his own house.

We just bought a new house in Saugus, and I had several outlets added in the garage, pendant lights in the kitchen, a ton of CFL recessed lights converted to LED, and a high voltage shore line (RV/EV power) added.

David was sure to explain the possible risks of any drywall repair, but he and his crew made every effort to avoid any drywall repairs and took the extra time to make it happen! David DOES NOT TAKE THE CHEAP, EASY, AND FAST ROUTE! He does the job right from the start!

David even made sure that the clean up after they were done was done properly and done as it were his own home!

I am an OCD freak and extremely anal and hard to please. I cannot say enough how awesome David and his crew were. He came in under-quote considering I added work for them to do!

If you want someone that will treat your home as if it were their own, AND an honest and extremely fair priced guy, David is your man! He gets a double thumbs up with a twist and Z-formation ROFL (Yea, I know, that makes me old)

Found Dave through positive reviews here on Yelp. Had an electrical smell from a dimmer switch. Dave came over within a few hours, fixed the problem and made some suggestions for improvement to our kitchen lighting. Great work. Speedy service. Nice guy. Highly recommend!

The electricity was out in half of my condo, and I had previously called Zavalo Electric who paid a visit, overcharged me, and nearly three hours later he left before fixing the problem telling me he would return in two days. I called David shortly afterwards, and he was quick, assessed the problem in under an hour (it turned out to be the wiring in my smoke detector), and charged a very reasonable rate for his time. I am so impressed with his problem solving I had to write an excellent review!

I had a 240v outlet installed to plug in my electric car, and a second outlet for a freezer in my garage. David was awesome. He was fast, did a great job, and was very professional. The best part was that he did the job for about 1/3 of what others had quoted me. He was very honest and upfront. I will be using him again when the need arises!

David just left and he was so honest and straight up I had to shoot in good review . He showed up on time assessed the issue, which turned out to be fairly simple,so he just charged me a visit fee. I had 2 issues. One a light switch in the garage attached to a security light that just wasn't right. the other was some outlets my backyard. I figure they needed to be replaced.He looked at the BBQ first and found a hidden GFI and with a flick of the switch it was fixed!
the security light he diagnosed quickly and had that working properly in no time.
What i really appreciated was the honesty. No trying to up-sell or make the smaller problem a bigger one for more money. That goes a long way in my book He knew what he was doing and didnt try to ""bump"" me

Two years ago I needed an electrician to repair some electrical issues in my home. Unfortunately it was not David that I had hired. After the repairs were done some electrical gremlins started happening at my home and they would charge me to come check it out. I decided to have someone else check it out. A friend told me about David and I called him. He came out checked it out for me found the problem and fixed it no charge. I have had him back for some more upgrades in my home and he has always been prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. If you need an electrician I highly recommend David Electric.

If I could give David more stars I would! I recently moved into a very quirky house in an unfamiliar area so I turned to Yelp to help me find the services I needed. I yelped a question about an serious electrical issue I was having to about 10 local electricians and David is the only one that actually answered me right away and wasn't immediately trying to rack up $$$! He showed up on time, clean, friendly, fast and very knowledgably about his field. No nonsense pricing and no additional, ""I just found another issue"", work needed.

If you want an HONEST, reasonable electrician David is your man!! I will be using him for all future work.

There aren't many companies I feel I can trust like David Electric. Through the last five years I've had him do work at my home and at my business. I've gotten estimates from other contractors to compare, and his prices are always reasonable. He always shows up on time and does quality work, has a professional attitude, and leaves everything cleaned up. With my permission, once he had his son come over with him. It's nice to see an American craftsman teaching his son his skills.
