I recently had Dave install some recessed lighting in the ceilings in my house. He also helped fix some outlet issues and install a new doorbell and did it all exceedingly well. Dave is a great guy with fair prices and is as friendly and professional as it gets. I will definitely be calling Dave again and referring him to friends.

Dave was amazing! Showed up on time and fixed my fan!! While he was there my mum asked a question about the fan in the living room, and he also fixed it! Great person, highly recommended and will definitely call him back if I burn another fan lol

Dave is great! All the outlets in my living room stopped working. I called a couple of other local electricians that quoted really high prices to even come and diagnose the problem. Dave showed up a day after I first contacted him and spent about 2 hours trying to find the issue. He came back a couple days later to fix the problem, and he only charged me $200 for everything! I was on a tight schedule, because I was about to put my condo on the market. He delivered fast and excellent service.

Dave rocks, hands down! I tried him out for a few minor repairs because he had great reviews and he's local for me. Recently he helped me with a bigger project and he got the job done quickly, with a lot of added features and improvements that I didn't expect. He is willing to share his knowledge and explain things. He does great work and takes extra care to make things perfect. He's a nice guy, and fun to work with. I would recommend Dave to anyone.

Needed an Electrician to come out to switch a 220 outlet to a 110 outlet. Originally, I called another electrician that was recommended by a co-worker, which didn't work out because he kept postponing me. Called a few others and they all quoted me pretty high. So I went on yelp and just searched for a local electrician. Making calls down the list, which I finally got to Dave. Dave ensure me it was an easy job.

I'm giving Dave a 5 star because he was able to fit his tight schedule into mine, same day service. Dave was very knowledgeable electrician. Friendly and prompt on time, he also gave me the best pricing in the area.

Once I noticed his reviews on yelp, I contacted him. After meeting him to overlook my home's electrical needs, he neither submitted an estimate nor picked up his phone to address my inquiry for the status of the estimate. He was a complete waste of time.

Called Dave last week to do some wiring for a bathroom remodel, he asked me about the job and I described the 4 simple tasks I needed done. He said that he didn't need to come see the job and he would do it for time and material. I agreed and asked him if he could come this week, he said he could not however he could come on Monday the following week. Again, I agreed since the reviews on Yelp were so great. I called him the Friday before to confirm and left a voicemail. When Monday arrived, I called him 30 minutes after he was supposed to be at my home, and he said he was ""running late"" so I asked when he would get here, and he asked me for my address. This raised a flag and after more questions he admitted he had no intention of coming to my home, but if I still wanted him to come out he would. I asked him if he would hire someone who just admitted they were unprofessional, and he said ""I don't know it's up to you"". So that's where I leave this review, ""it's up to you,"" if you want to hire someone who may or may not show up. So now I have to take another day off work. I have to reschedule my plumber, drywall and tile contractors. Worst part is he had no empathy, really didn't give a crap...worst contractor ever.
