Dave and his crew did a great job on a drywall repair after a very major leak in my condo. They arrived on time everyday and worked hard the whole day. I'll admit was on the higher price side, but didn't have to worry about them finishing the job quickly and properly.

Really liked this service. Dave returned my call and had one of contractors do the work. That man was Dan, and Dan was the man! Very knowledgeable and professional. Respected the time and did a great job securing a kitchen cabinet that was coming down and somewhat falling apart. My wife and I were not ready to redo our kitchen yet, so we needed this to be secured for now. He also fixed an outlet no box that was not installed properly by a prior installation. Thanks Dan. Would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when Dave called me the day before he was due to come out and do a job for me to ask if he could stop by and take a look to make certain he would have everything he needed.
Dave showed up on time with a helper to install shade fabric on a pergola and in an atrium.
The job was done within the quoted time frame and looks great. He did everything he said he would and I would definitely use him again.

If I could give this man no stars, I certainly would. He saw that I was a woman, alone, and overcharged by thousands of dollars. When I actually talked to two other professionals, they told me that they would stand beside me in court, if that was the route it took--because contractors like this give other professionals a bad name. I still have not financially recovered the money he took from me. The pay-by-hour rate is a real rip-off. Do not risk your money or your time for a job poorly done, frequent appointment cancellations because a better paying job, and a surly manner. I was swindled and he did it purposely. He said he would sue me for the last $250.00 and I wish he had--because then, I could have counter-sued on his dime and retrieved the thousands he had lined his pockets with.

Dave's crew has been a big help in maintaining my home. They've been here twice in the past year, and each time they completed a long list of tasks quickly and professionally. The projects included carpentry, exterior and interior repairs, and installing lighting, smoke detectors, and shower heads. They are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of your time. I'm very happy with the work they've done and can recommend them without hesitation.

Overpriced for the work done. He showed up with a second man the day of service without informing us which increased the hourly rate. He expected to be paid to come back and look over the work done after we experienced problems. I don't recommend him.

I've used Dave many times for different tasks around the house (furniture and toy assembly, fixing doors, hanging up artwork etc). We used his services 4 years ago, 1 year ago and again these past couple of weeks after we moved into our new home. They answer the phone every time and are able to schedule an appointment for next day. Vince and Jonathan always show up on time, work hard and finish the tasks required.
