I had Switch Electric from Murrieta originally come out who was sent by my home warranty co. The needed work wasn't covered under the warranty, but Switch never called me back to do the work even though I left messages for 2 days. I called Dash due to the great Yelp reviews. They were awesome! They answered when I called and Dave came out the next day to fix the problem. They kept in communication with me so I knew when to expect them and were completely professional. I will definitely use them in the future if needed and will recommend them to friends.

We had some work done by Dash Electric, the two guys that came out were simply the best ! I just cannot sing enough praise. If you are looking for ANY electrical work , look no further, this is your company. I will only go to Dash Electric. I am very selective, believe me they are great ! They even made time for me on a holiday weekend. Thank you for such great customer service!

Called them back in February due to the living room losing power. The day he was supposed to come over kept calling asking what is the issue and where we live and saying they're 30 mins out, 2 hours late they finally arrive. Instead of looking at the issue they started cutting off the old outlets and taking apart of the breaker box. After letting them do what they're doing. They finally said $500 for the service which included 4 outlets that are not even installed on the wall correctly and a breaker which wasn't a brand new one. It was a spare one in the box already. Two months later the issue started happening and since we had a warranty with them we called them back. 3 weeks later they finally come back. Which if you have a warranty don't you think they try to come sooner to an existing customer that they didn't fix the problem and already paid money. Anyways, another guy came looked at it and said nothing was wrong. Which if nothing is wrong then why am I still losing power. Called them once again to come look at it. They came yesterday. Open the panel and now it was a different breaker which was a 15 amp. He replaced it and said $200 and that we need a new breaker box cause it's a fire hazard. And he would charge us 1500. We said no and he didn't charge us for the new breaker. After he left we looked at it again and noticed the 15 amp he took out replaced it with a 20 amp not even the same piece. Very unprofessional and in reliable and our problem is still not fixed.

Fixed our problem within 20 ish minutes while the other electrician took 6 hours to install two fans and it didn't even work properly kept tripping the breaker. These guys are the real deal and they did it for cheaper then the others. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for same day, professional, and fast service.

We recently had an outlet go out as well as a fan. After sending out quite a few quote requests David was the only one who actually responded and inquired about what exactly we were needing and the timeframe we were hoping to get it done. We spoke on a Saturday and by Tuesday we were getting the repair we needed. His team member Jay called before arriving to give his ETA. When Jay arrived he was very friendly, communicative, and even gave informed suggestions. He did a great job and even was able to take care of two other outlets that needed repair that weren't initially discussed for a reasonable price. We will definitely keep Dash Electric in mind for the future.

Wind knocked down a tree branch that destroyed our main electrical panel and did some other conduit damage. David at Dash was very responsive. Replaced the entire panel and coordinated with the city to get the electricity turned back on the same day!!! Thanks.

I agree with the other reviews. Their technicians are terrific. Polite, professional and patient. The problem was our pool pump, so it was urgent. I contact them in the evening, and they came out first thing the next morning.
They found the problem in about 15 minutes.
The tech explained the problem clearly and demonstrated what had to be done to fix it.
There was some confusion about the price of the diagnostics, but Dave, the owner, was very patient and flexible and handled the situation to my complete satisfaction.

This is the second time we have used Dash Electric and I highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and their electricians are nice and professional. The work is professionally done and the electricians always clean after themselves.
