I started working with this company two years ago when I needed to rewire my home. My house had crazy stuff going on as it was built in 1927 and they handled it beautifully. Super professional. They are fast. They are ALWAYS reliable. Always on time! Always good energy and manage to get to me when I have emergencies, even when busy. I'm really sad to have to write this review. My husband wrote a really positive review for our previous experience.

We wanted to install a light in a bathroom. Electricity was running to the location we were just switching from a sconce to a pendant. I had them out for a quote and was told $200 to install the light, replace some romex and add an electrical outlet where a light switch had been. I agreed to remove the old receptacle and patch the wall to keep costs down.

The light we ordered was on backorder for a couple of months. When we received it we booked Damon immediately to get it in before some guests arrive this weekend. I rearranged my work schedule to be able to accommodate them today. This morning they contacted us to say that they now want $585 to add a pendant light and electrical switch.

I'm so disappointed. I really appreciated your service last time and I had you come out for a quote for this very reason to avoid surprises. Almost tripling your quote on the day you're scheduled to do the work is not very professional. We had really liked working with you in the past. It's so hard to find a company you like working with and we thought we'd found our electrician in Damon.

In the course of resurfacing my pool, I discovered I needed to redo the electrical wiring for my light, filter and pump. I interviewed TEN different electricians (all vetted through Yelp based on their ratings and reviews) and after all of the bids were submitted, DAMON ELECTRIC had the most reasonable bid from the most honorable gentleman.

My wiring is now up to code, safe and solidly installed. The conduits were placed with care and concern for esthetics as much as safety and practicality. The job was done quickly and everyone in the crew were courteous, clean and friendly.

I would recommend Damon Electric to any homeowner who needs electrical work and plan to hire them again should I ever need their service.

Was having electrical issues at my office. Had a two other electricians tell me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace my breaker box and run a whole lot of new lines. When I asked Damon if I needed to really do all that stuff, he gave me the truth.. Just replaced a few bad breakers and found an improper ground.

Saved me $$$ and everything is working as good as new.

Did a great job and most importantly he was an honest contractor..and those are hard to come by these days..
