Could not recommend this company enough! We were solely looking for outdoor heaters for our patio and had contacted 2 other companies that never met with me or called me back. One call and Jesse (the owner) was out the next day. He was not pushy, just informative and guided me to the best solution possible. Even better was it was installed just a few days later! Perfect timing for holidays! Small hitch on the breaker set up but he chatted with me about it that night and came over himself to fix it immediately the next day. Problem solved. Already mapping out another project with him and have greatly appreciated his additional (and responsive) contractors for other things. I'm sure he's swamped with business and our project might have been on the smaller side for him but he treated us as if we were his biggest project on hand. Thank you Jesse!

BEWARE - I've had a similar experience as past 'customers' in being ignored by their representative. In a few days, it will be ONE FULL MONTH since he, Mathew, came to my house despite 2 recent follow-up telephone calls by me AND promises by them to get back to me. and I've not heard a word from them. Thankfully, I haven't hired them, no less given them any money as other people have. I even told them that I understand if they're too busy for me but they insisted they'd be back to me - DIDN'T HAPPEN! Too many other companies who keep their word - BEWARE of people being nice on the surface but apparently not sincere

Scheduled an appointment to mount a television and no one showed up at the scheduled time. Called several times to find out when they were coming and my calls went unanswered and straight to voicemail. I left a message for them to call me and four hours after they were scheduled to show up they returned my call telling me that the work crew had decided to ""take the day off."" Of course, no explanation could be provided as to why I wasn't notified that they were not going to show up so that I would not have had to waste an entire morning waiting for scheduled service that was not coming. (Only One Star because Zero Star is not an option.)

Jesse and his team are the best! They did everything they said they would and have done things for me they didn't have to within the original budget. His team is very polite, professional and clean. The lighting and audio turned out better than I could've imagined!

We got multiple bids for our lighting job and Dallas Landscape Lighting wasn't the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. We went with them because the price sounded fair and they could fit us in their schedule sooner than anyone else. Their crew was friendly, polite, and efficient. Having remodeled my whole house, I truly appreciate that. I highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again next year.

I had Dallas Landscape lighting do a lot of work in my backyard. They redid my electrical, installed outdoor heaters, fans, and a misting system. Jesse supervised the work and most of the initial installation was done well. I gave them the final payment prior to the work being finished, and it took weeks to get them to come back and finish the installation. My problems really began with service. My misting system is now over 1 year old and has never worked correctly. Every time I speak with Jesse he assures me that someone will fix it that week, but nothing ever happens. My wife and I have each tried dozens of times to get a response. We now need a new pump motor because they did not install the first one correctly, and after months of trying I'm ready to just pay someone else to fix the problems that Jesse won;t fix. This is a very frustrating group of people to work with.

We had Dallas Landscape Lighting to work under our pergola out back. We met Jesse who gave us several good options and provided a ""tiered"" plan. The initial work was fairly quick and professional. My complaint comes from the service aspect of the company. We purchased an outdoor rated ceiling fan for under the pergola. After the first rain, it shorted out. It took 3 calls to the office, but they finally came back and replaced the fan. After the very next rainfall, this one shorted out as well. It took me 5 calls/messages over 4 months to talk to someone. They took a message which was never returned. This happened two more times over the course of the next 2 months. Finally the office manager told me she had spoken with Jesse who said the fan company was hard to work with for warranty replacements and that we were free to BUY A NEW FAN from them! After several attempts of explaining how I paid for an all weather rated fan, and that isn't what I received, the response was just ""sorry"". Not the Texas way to service a customer.

If you are considering landscape lighting I highly recommend Dallas Landscape Lighting. Jesse and his crew, led by Sean, worked with us last summer (2014) to help us prepare for my son's backyard wedding. We had moon lighting installed nearly 14 years prior, but as our tree canopy changed we needed to add more lighting and make adjustments to the existing.

We couldn't be more pleased with the results, which were made even more enjoyable by reasonable costs and the team's planning, expertise, and general ""customer-first"" approach. The entire Dallas Landscape Lighting team should be applauded for their contributions and hard work, and for their patience in accommodating a very demanding homeowner (me...!) with high expectations. The crew always arrived on-time and was always well-prepared for even the slightest variations.

The installation was conducted with the highest standards (professional crew, attention to detail and high-quality materials). And we were pleasantly surprised and impressed to learn that they complete every job with final night-time adjustments (our previous installer did not). Jesse and Sean were meticulous about the final adjustments, staying as late as necessary to ensure that each light had the prefect effect.

We loved what they did to the back yard so much that we increased our original job scope to include our front yard. Not only did it turn out beautifully, but they jumped through hoops (due to very little lead time) to ensure it was completed before the wedding.

You absolutely won't go wrong with Dallas Landscape Lighting.
