Kenneth, Christian, and everyone at Dalcon Electric was great to work with. I had a small job. Kenneth came the same day I called and gave me a fair estimate. Christian came back the next day and did the work, making sure that everything was working before he left. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

We had a larger electrical job completed by Dalcon. We had found some fried wires connected to our baseboard heaters--not good! We called around to several electricians for quotes, but found some didn't get back to us for a long time, others didn't answer the phone, but Dalcon responded quickly back to us and scheduled ASAP. Our technicians were: Angel S, Javier, Carlos A, and Kenneth
* Scheduling was easy, they always responded and followed through.
* Technicians came within the scheduled window, they were never late, very good to communicate, and kept us in the loop.
* The initial consultation was thorough, they explained everything, and came up with several pricing options and levels of work that we could do. (This might be helpful to some, not everyone can afford a large job at one time, but good to have it broken down to the the most pressing items).
* All technicians wore booties and were super respectful of our property. Everyone cleaned up afterwards. Workers can leave huge messes, not Dalcon! My friends were recently complaining of garbage left by a crew at their home, not these guys! Our home was left tidy.
* All the technicians worked super hard, we even wondered if they took time for lunch--they were BUSY!
* They came in marked vans, they had all the supplies and tools needed for the job. Super professional and organized. They identified themselves, which was good since there are so many scammers out there.
* They were super nice and fixed a few extra things for us. I felt they took pride in their work and made sure things were done right.
* I like that the work is guaranteed and they are not some fly by night handyman. Everything had a contract, everything was precise and updated. You could ask questions easily about your contract and the work to be done. Everything was clearly stated, no guessing work.
*They handled all the permits and inspections.
* Workers were very trustworthy and careful inside our home. With home repairs technicians come in and out, these guys were careful and respectful of our dogs and property. Feeling safe is so important, these technicians were super reliable, respectful, and professional.

This was my 2nd job for Dalcon (2 jobs were unrelated). This was a sparking wire in ground of backyard left by previous owner who had an outlet installed in yard. Wiring turned out to be complicated. Dalcon tech traced all wiring, removed from source of power, and resolved two problems. Frankly it was far lower than i expected to pay. It was done in under an hour. I love this company they are my go-to electricians now. Also techs are friendly, answer every question, ontime, and positive. Office staff also very conscientious. Thank you.

My AC unit stopped working so I had HVAC take a look only to find out it was an electrical issue! Not only did Dalcon reach out to me in minutes but they had someone come to my house in less than two hours. They informed me the panel had to be replaced. Juan was amazing! He handled everything with my Landlord and even found us a temporary solution that would save me and my roommates from this weeks heatwave! I was so panicked and worried before they helped me! This was my first work done by this company. I am extremely pleased and will utilizd their services in future for any electrical needs.
While my mobile home is modern, it is in perhaps the oldest mobile home Park in the county. The electrical panel looked a mess. While I called to have a GFCI circuit replaced, I also opted for a complete refurbishment of the panel (all new circuits) and wiring. I had contact with 2 technicians, the first to evaluate my GFCI not working and my panel. The 2nd technician came the next day to do the work. They brorught a generator so that my refrigerator and portable AC could run during the work. All of the work was done in an efficient timeline and for a fastidiously neat result. I am extremely pleased and feel that I have a much safer electrical panel. Both techs were informative and charming. I feel it was a fair price for this important work. Everyone I interacted with from the office was helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

We needed several electrical repairs and upgrades to our old house. Javier Estrada and Christian were professional, polite, respectful of property and kept to the schedule. They expertly performed upgrades / testing / labeling of our electrical panel, upgraded/installed new outdoor receptacles, sensor floods, new path lighting, and removed the unused wires and cables on the roof and around the house, which was not an easy task as the wires had to be traced and tested prior to removing. In addition, they advised us on some indoor safety issues, like needing a dedicated circuit for our laundry dryer, which Javier had to install in a very tight space, and they offered troubleshooting and recommendations on next steps for other issues. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated their expertise and excellent service.

Had them come out for an electric charger issue and they not only explained the problem but walked me through me through how to solve the problem in the future. Since they have came I have not had any issues. Great cost.
