I hired Dalcon to do major electrical work in my garage. They installed recess lighting, dimmers, 220 outlet, gfi outlets, motion detector lights, upgrade of panel, major, major work. Yes, they ran into some trouble and they were very upfront about the cost and the options. They gave me 1,2,3 options and were thorough in their explanations. The work was done neatly, efficiently, and thoroughly.

Billy was the epitome of old school customer service. He is personable, hard-working, and truly cares about his trade. I referred to him as high maintenance because he wanted the screws on the face plates to all be pointing straight up and down. He looks like a member of ZZ Top, but don't let that scare you, he is the type of person and worker you wish everyone was coming to your house. I couldn't be happier with the service and the completed work. Highly recommend.

Julian from Dalcon electric most recently put a direct line for my kitchen because of a problem with a microwave. Incredible attention to detail, extremely efficient, very detailed work is just completed. Awesome customer service. Very professional and very friendly! I recommend them very very highly..

I had a problem resetting my GFCI and called Dalcon. The guy showed up and checked the outlet and the breaker. I had the GFCI properly connected and the green light to indicate the connection is right but, some other wiring issue. He changed the wiring to switch line and load in the GFCI and tried to reset the breaker and naturally the breaker tripped with a bang. He concluded that my service panel is bad and it needs to be replaced and quoted $3,680. I wanted to get a second opinion and called another electrical company rated highly in Yelp with rave reviews! He has found no issues with my service panel and just rewired to put a regular outlet as it is not required to have a GFCI if the outlet is above 12 inches from the floor, mine is about 4 feet high from the ground. After rewiring and putting regular outlet, I am back in business and costed me minimum. Bottom line, the technician from Dalcon either didn't know what he was doing or deliberately tried to rip me off, unbelievable! I would not recommend this company at all. Besides, Angies list is big scam! Don't fall for Angie's list! Because these guys have to pay to be rated by Angie's list, they try to cut corners to make money elsewhere and you are the victim!!

I called Dalcon from Angie's List, as they had a high rating. Electrician William came out to help when my power went wonky in half of my condo. The lights were flickering and burning extremely bright, and the smell of smoke came from my office. I called one day, and they gave me an appointment for the next day between 8 & 10 a.m. He arrived at 8:15 a.m., right on time. William spent several hours testing the circuits for the affected breaker. He discovered one problem with an outlet that had just been installed, and another with a light switch. He explained everything very clearly, showed me exactly what he was doing, and informed me of things that might need to be addressed in the future. I could not have been happier with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Dalcon in the future.

Extremely professional company. The technician John Adams who fixed our electrical problems was great.... he was punctual, extremely courteous, flexible with my schedule and left my place spotless after he finished. I highly recommend him and would definitely use this company again. The only reason I have not given Dalcon 5 stars is because they were a little pricey however you do get what you pay for. After hiring an electrician who was much cheaper but who left us with a potential accident waiting to happen I would opt to pay the higher price and know that my family were safe.

Dalcon did recessed lighting in our house. Their bid was well written, detailed, and they seem to be knowledgeable in what they do. They arrived on time, tried their best to clean up after work. Everything was god except the Sheetrock patchwork. They do charge you extra for this!They DID NOT KNOW how to do it. My house was covered with a bomb of dust with excess sanding and still the patch is visible on my ceiling. I believe they are good electricians. However, Sheetrock patch should be left for guys who do that on a daily basis.

We were experiencing intermittent issues with our electrical system in our home and called Dalcon Electric to investigate. My experience started with a call to Sarah who answered by asking ""What she could do to make me smile"". She was quick to get Brant out to my home to evaluate the problems we were having.

We found that there were several issues causing arcing within our main circuit board panel. Brant immediately located a new replacement panel and quickly replaced it for us. We have not had another issue with tripping circuits, brown outs or any of the other issues we were having. He was also great at working with the MV Building department to make sure that the work was given a clean bill of health by the department inspector. This was a very painless and positive experience. I have since had Dalcon and Brandt do other electrical wiring work for us including the replacement of a master intercom system in our home. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need done.
