We needed our house re-wired with copper wiring. The home was built in the 70's using aluminum wiring. The previous owner hired some cut-rate contractor to install new light switches, and the way they joined the copper-wired switches with the aluminum house wiring was incorrect. It caused the the current to arc in the junction box and the circuit breaker to trip.

We called a few electrical contractors but Dalcon was the only one who came out immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem, came up with three solutions, and even rescheduled their service men to prioritize our house.

Rafael, Jack, and Alex were punctual, professional, efficient, courteous, communicative, and clean. They always showed up when expected, and got right to work. They took their time to get the job done right, but never lingered longer than necessary. They were pleasant to be around, always available to answer questions or take a look at something. They made sure we knew which sections of the house would be without power, and for how long, and worked it so we did not lose power to our fridges. They wore masks and shoe coverings in our house and cleaned up after themselves when finished with work each day.

The only problem I had was with the sheetrock subcontractor they used to come patch the few holes they had made. That guy did a slap-dash job and left in half a day without completing it. When I called Dalcon to complain, Rafael came in and personally patched the remaining holes as well as fixed the unprofessional patch job the first guy had done. I'm not holding this against Dalcon, as Rafael said they'd never use this guy again.

I would (and have) recommended Dalcon to others, and I will use them again for future electrical work.

Eric at Dalcon was excellent. It is hard to find a fair, honest, and reputable contractor these days but Dalcon far exceeded my expectations. They were extremely responsive and the technician that showed up named Eric was very Professional and knowledgeable. There prices were very reasonable and they quickly repaired my electrical issue.
