We were given two wrong connectors on a large order and had to send one of our employees all the way back there from San Francisco. Greg in sales refused to exchange these items stating it wasn't his sale, the other sales guy was off that day, he needed the original credit card, he'd have to talk to a manager. He kept rambling on yet never got on the phone to call said manager. I told my employee to leave and we took another $1200 sale elsewhere. If you not going to get any kind of customer service you might as well save money and order online.
