Gary T.Terrible. Was called out to condo complex to diagnose breaker/photocell for exterior lighting. Instead, flipped breaker and changed some bulbs for $330. Breaker had to be changed by a unit owner a few days later. No line item invoice and very irate and aggressive over the phone.
