We can wholeheartedly recommend David Logan and Dad's Construction for your next project. They did a doorway trim for us and we couldn't be happier with the result. David is very easy to work with and has a ""can-do-attitude"" that is refreshing and the key for a successful project. We certainly will use them again and are happy to recommend them to anyone who needs help with any remodeling job or repairs.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Communication poor, No schedule to keep them to, show up late leave early, work looks like it was completed by a 4th grader, got paint on my carpet, left a mess, ran over bricks in my yard and didn't fix them. When the inspection of the job was reviewed and critiqued I was met with insults and threats. I wish I could upload pictures. At the end of the day they cost me more money to fix their work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Two days after I submitted request on Home Advisor, a guy called to schedule a 7pm on-site appointment for the next day. We could meet earlier since we had another appointment around 4pm for another project. But he insisted on meeting at 7pm for his convenience. So on next day, we waited onsite for 3.5hours. He never showed up. We called him, left voice messages, sent messages to him several times. He never showed up, never answered the phone, not responded back. Around 7:25pm, he responded back to my message to say he sent a message to us but did not receive an answerback and not sure whats going on. Actually we never received any messages from him. And after that, he never had a single message back. No call to explain, no apology. Just a message to push the responsibility to the client even when he knows the client waited him in the rain for 3.5hours. It is funny that he already made an appointment over the phone, what messages he needs to send that urgently afterward and let him have no show and asked clients to wait for him in big rain for 3.5hours? This is a terrible experience. I don't know how he got so many good reviews here. I hope these are true feedback. But I did have a very bad experience with this guy. Want to share to make others be aware.
