I would give zero stars, but that is not an open. Incredibly fraudulent billing. I needed two outlets moved a combined 20 inches, and received a bill for $1400! They are trying to train apprentices to extend their business, so for even the simplest of tasks, they send two electricians (journeyman and apprentice). Besides the double billing (and paying for two when one would have been more than adequate), the customer is screwed again because the lead journeyman is training a new apprentice (in my case, an apprentice on his 3rd day of training and of absolutely no use!). Basically, the lead electrician is working at about 60% time wise since they are teaching. Thus, not only are you paying for two people, but they are working at slower pace. Also, they charged me $95 for supplies that cost less than $40! I was also billed for the time the journeyman spent doing an estimate for a much bigger job that I was considering having them do. I should not be billed for the time spent formulating an estimate!
The sad thing is, they did reasonable work. But I will never use them because they are absolutely fraudulent in how they bill!

Excellent electricians, professional, courteous, on time and highly recommended, Could not help but read the two star review who thinks the only time involved in her repair was 5 minutes in her house, then I suppose she also thinks the electricians astro projected themselves there and all their expenses, insurance, gasoline, tools, bookkeeping, etc are free but they are not and that is why there is a service fee. I would guess it took only five minutes because they are highly qualified or it was something so simple as to reset a gfi outlet so now she knows that fix. A handyman is cheaper for some minor repairs but when one does need an electrician like we did, I am glad to find a company like Da Power. They installed our four hard wired smoke alarms ( we bought the brand they recommended from Home Depot and had them on hand) and found and replaced a defective circuit breaker for their minimum service fee.

Very impressed with the Felipe from Da Power. I requested a last minute service call for replacement of smoke detectors prior to a new tenant move-in for same-day. Felipe immediately accepted the service request. He was professional and punctual. Completed the initial job requested and was flexible with a couple simple add-ons. Job completed in one hour. I will definitely use Da Power again if needed.

I am a Claims Specialist for a world wide brand of chandeliers sold to the Design Trade.
I am based in Southern California and needed a repair in the Kihei area, as quickly as possible. I called Felipe and he was able to get out right away to look at the chandelier. Unfortunately it wasn't able to be saved but I was very impressed. Felipe was very courteous and explained the issue thoroughly.
