Very poor customer communication. Does not explain a thing, nor tries. Communication is the most important thing in customer service, in any business in general. D S electrical has NO COMMUNICATION at all. Very sad to see a local business operate in this manner. Save your time and money by supporting a business that appreciates clients no matter how big or SMALL of a project!!!!!

I called DS electrical and they were able to come to my house literally the next day to fix my lighting issue. Lawrence was the licensed electrician who assisted me and he was so courteous and professional. He called me when he was on on way, and he made an excellent recommendation to rewire the fluorescent lighting into LED lighting. Now I have modern lighting without having to worry about the ballast going out. The price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a licensed and reliable electrician.

Lawrence/DS Electrical is an excellent contractor. Great attitude, patient, willing to answer questions and accommodate requests and go the extra mile.

I had to bring an old electrical box for my condo up to code and replace it. I also had to move it from the kitchen to the bedroom - a major work order involving cutting concrete/brick walls.

Lawrence arrived, carefully examined the unit, laid down protective mats and used plastic sheeting and tape to fully seal any closets and windows to contain the dust that would be generated during the concrete work. He then organized the wiring for the whole condo, cut the concrete, installed the new box and sealed the space where the original sat, all in about six hours time. He then performed a thorough cleanup of the entire work area.

It is hard to find contractors who are on-time, responsible, do quality work, and have a good attitude on top of all of that. We were lucky to have an acquaintance recommend D S Electrical and I will use this business for my future electrical needs.

I requested a quote Saturday night and the owner was here early Sunday morning! Just like that! Friendly yet efficient and wears a mask. Asked me to send photos the night before to help him get a better idea of things and finished 2 outlets and 2 switches in less than an hour! Keep in mind we have an old and messy beyond compare home, Lawrence even had to go under the house, but he had a superb attitude throughout it all. Highly recommend!

Lawrence at D S Electrical is incredible! Super knowledgeable in tackling our electrical needs for our dated outlets and troubleshooting electrical problems that we had. His communication was exceptional throughout the first contact and all throughout our job. Lawrence has great attention to detail to make sure that he sourced electrical replacement plugs that matched the color of the other outlets in our home. From our experience, D S Electrical is the company that we trust and respect for our electrical needs. Amazing work! We are grateful that our home is now replaced with GFCI outlets.

Great service from Lawrence, he responded back so quick with an estimation price of my kitchen outlets i needed repair with He was very professional, friendly, he wore a mask and he got the job done so fast. I was waiting on the plumber on the same day to check our garbage disposal, he was nice to offer if he can take a look at it. He was able to fix it and I didn't need the plumbers.

If a company could get ""10"" stars, this is the company that would get it. Had an electrical issue tonight and had shorted out a breaker and had no power to half of my home. DS came to the rescue at more than a fair price and was friendly and courteous. There are companies out there that would have taken advantage of the situation and overcharged, but DS wasn't one of them. I would definitely recommend their services and should I ever find myself needing an electrician again, these are the guys!
