I called several electricians over the course of this week. On Sun, 12/11 I called two electricians who claimed 24-hour service Left a message with one. Out of all the electricians called and messages left ""D"" Electrician answered the phone. None of the others even called back. He then arrived when he said he would, completed the repair quickly with good humor and a professional attitude. The price quoted on the phone was the price charged. ""D"" Electrician will be my go-to electrician from now on.

Although, they responded promptly and came ASAP (on a weekday).
The breaker was off ( I didn't see it) and they tried to change a bulb in my stove exhaust but I didn't have the right one.
I was charged 369$
My fault for not getting a per visit price before arrival.

I would not hire this company for any future electrical work. Original estimate far exceeded final charges for a straight-forward job.

I caution you to obtain multiple estimates for similar work!

We were in Florida for only a week and needed an electician to look at a light problem in our Oakland Park home while there. We called two electricians and neither of them showed up as they promised. My husband found D Electrician online. Terrence met us at the house at the time he said he would and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He will be our go to electrician for all our future electrical needs.

My opinion is yuck,
Owner Terrence and his staff are not professional. horrible not timely.
He started to work after a price was agreed on, wile working he mentioned lots Of his customers don't pay him at end of job,
That waved a red flag to me so I figured I should be cautious..

I asked him to please put the total cost of entire job with everything detailed in writing of the entire scope of work .he refused and said he would handle that later and bill me as he see fit at end of working ..I explained I don't do open check book estimates that I need to know what you are doing and for how much.
I also explained I don't find it unreasonable to have a in writing estimate..
he refused again, I explained I don't become one of those customers that has you in there home doing extortion by making your customer feel threaten for there safety wile you are in there home demanding money wile angry.
I should of read this contractors reviews on other platforms, it's not surprising why This company has problems due there poor performance

Terrence was quick to respond to my voicemail and was at my house within 90 minutes. I had a problem with my breaker panel that caused me to have to kill two circuits so I was in quite a bit of a hurry to get them up and running again. Once Terrence arrived, he diagnosed the problem - fixed it - and made sure all of my connections were solid. He was in and out within 20 minutes! I was impressed by his prompt response and accurate assessment of the problem. I would definitely hire D Electrician Technical Services again!

Let me start out by saying that Home Advisor was my first choice and after the the electrician (Robert BOB Frank)didn't call or show up after three hours of his scheduled time, I decided to message him, he responded with ""I'm sorry, but I'm still at an A/C job, initially he told me that he had a court appearance that he had to make..now he's got two stories going,
I knew there was some thing shady going on..obviously I called HomeAdvisor to complain, but got no resolution or follow up call.., but anyway Now the good review about..
""D"" electric (Terrance), was great.
Approximately 30 light switches/Electrical outlets installed,
Light fixtures installed,
Thermostat installed...
we are very happy with the results!
He has a humorous side, but still remained professional and made us feel comfortable in our decisions to our new Condominium and also complimented us on one of our light fixtures!
We will definitely refer ""D"" electric (Terrance) to anyone in the South Florida region.

I was very disappointed in the price and the way the whole service repair went down. I called as a property owner out of town. The kitchen ceiling light was popping and at times smoking. I had spoke to my regulary electrician who was too busy to go out for ""such a small call"". i called ""D"" electric based on reviews. I

I was desparate and horrified to have to pay $300.00 to replace a ceiling light fixture. Never mind he actually showed up with a used fancy light fixture or a really ugly new one. Of course he know I would choose the one that was nicer and used that matched the home.

I felt taken advantage of and very upset. I'm still upset and usually don't write messages. This simple fix may, at the most, cost me $100.00. I am charged $50.00 to install a ceiling fan. This was a rip off and ""terrance"" the owner took advantage of my absence! I would not use or recommend this individual going forward.

We went literally months without a light in our childrens room after our old ceiling fan broke. We could not figure out how to get the new one back up and made several trips to Home Depot with no success. I came across ""D"" Electrician through CraigsList and within one phone call and one trip out to my home the kids had light again and the price was incredible! It was truly a blessing! My husband is not handy at all and I was expecting to pay some serious money which is probably what took me so long to call someone. But am I ever glad that I waited! Service is top notch and I just cannot say enough kind words!

I found D'Electrician on the Internet Search. He came out and fixed our Companies Electrical needs quickly. He was very Professional, Courteous and fair. I will definitely call him again and refer him to other People and Businesses in my area.
