I had some electrical work done by Steve and Jacob of D & E recently. I was very pleased with their work.. They were friendly and professional and very helpful and reasonable...I would recommend them without hesitation for electrical work.

Please be aware of using this company!! We bought a whole house generator from them ($8900) with a yearly service contract to assure it stays in working condition. The Thursday before hurricane Irma my husband noticed that it was not working and tried to reach them for a service call. (The hurricane did not hit us until Sunday night). We were told that they could not come until the Wednesday after the hurricane (they did not show up). THEY ADVERTISE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE! We lost all our food and was without power for 4 days. When my husband finally reached Dan the following week, he was told that he should have been able to work on the generator himself and not depend on them for everything. Additional, if he was calling to may him (Dan) feel bad it was not working. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone! Dan you are a JERK!

Please be careful if you use D&E pump (Titusville). They are not honest people. We came to an agreement (hand shake) with them to install some equipment. When we received the bill it was $250 more than agreed to. Went in to talk to Dan and was told that he never agreed to the original price to install the equipment. Was very rude about it. If you do business with these people make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING as they don't know what a gentleman's agreement is. I have been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. This is how they treat their loyal customers. Needless to day, I am no longer a customer.
