It's always nerve wracking to bring a vehicle in, many of us know, but I would go back to Walter at D C Auto any time! He listened patiently, asked questions, and spent time figuring out my electrical issues, and got me back on the road. I was able to get right in. He didn't overcharge me, in fact he probably undercharged for everything he did. I felt like he wasn't just after my money, with no care for my circumstances, which is how many mechanics seem to be. 5 stars all the way!

The engine's water pump on our Class A motor home started leaking while we were camping near Blythe over the Presidents Day weekend. We called several RV repair shops within 40 miles but could not be scheduled for work within a week. Finally we tried D C Auto Electric even though we are in an RV and we are so glad we had this inspiration! Walter answered the phone and immediately understood that we needed to get back on the road and that our RV is our home. He had us in the shop that very day. Once the necessary part arrived Checo, an excellent mechanic, worked late to bring the job to completion so our home would be good to go. The service in this shop was outstanding; Checo did expert, efficient work, and the price was very fair.

July 4th weekend our AC went out just 15 miles before Blythe on the way to a friends' wedding in Temecula. Walter and everyone at DC Auto were so responsive to our need even though their garage was full of other vehicles. They diagnosed our problem immediately with red carpet service, and we were back on the road within 45 minutes. The price was fair and we didn't have to spend the rest of the weekend melting in a hot car!
