At first they were really responsive with my request. An appointment was setup, and there was no confirmation call the day before. I tried reaching out the same day 30min before my appointment and no response. After 40min passed my appointment it was still a no show, I assume at this point I was ignored. I understand things happen, but communication with customers is very important. I quick phone call is all it takes.

So sometimes you need to read what the client is asking for. I place a request to remove a chandelier and install a ceiling fan. Just a quote seems so simple until you ask all these guys for it.
David read it and answered the question and won the job. Arrived a few minutes late but well worth the wait. Did the job in record time and made sure my 93 year old mother felt comfortable at all times. Did a little extra work to ensure it would operate correctly.

He troubleshooted for a long time. Could figure out what was wrong. Said he would come back the next day and spend more time. Text me saying he couldn't make it in the morning then never heard from him again. 2 stars cause he tried to figure out the problem. But apparently gave up and didn't bother to tell me.

We recently remodeled our place and Sam was my Electrian. He is very professional and liable. He did tons of extra work for me at no charge and his price was the lowest from the beginning. I would definitely use Sam again and refer him to all my friends and family.
