Our thermostat lost power on a Friday, and we had a tough time getting someone to come out to fix it. Two days of no heat in a 100 year old house in SF in January is no fun! Muhammad got back to us quickly and scheduled a time to come out on a Sunday evening. He was friendly and efficient, fixing our issue quickly and explaining to us how the solution worked and what we need to do going forward. I would call on him again for sure!

Mohammed was very helpful and friendly. He was clear about his pricing from the start and was able to accommodate our request for a Sunday appointment. He messaged me well before our appointment when he had to push it back 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would and seemed prepared for anything. He wore shoe covers through our apartment because we usually take off our shoes at the door. It was a pretty small job but he answered all my questions and even asked if there was anything else he could help with because of his 1.5 hour minimum and we finished a little under that amount of time.

Quick response on yelp quotes and 5x cheaper than the other quotes. He came out same day to fix my wall outlet that was damaged by contractors. Charged exactly what he had quoted even though he fixed more than what I had reported. Definitely recommend and will call him again if I have any electrical or internet issues.

Mohammad came through when we really needed some help. Our circuit breaker tripped the night before we were to leave for a trip, and due to some unknown electrical work we could not figure out how to reset it. Then he came over after business hours to help us diagnose and fix the problem. We were able to leave with everything in good shape thanks to him and his rate is reasonable and fair.
