Needed AC work, so I tried to be cheap and look on Craigslist. Everyone that I contacted was a dud, even made an appointment with someone who was a no show and would not answer when contacted! My wife found CWS on Yelp, so I called and I am sooo glad that I did!! What an outstanding business!! They had a tech at my house within an hour. Super friendly staff! The tech was friendly,courteous, professional and very,very knowledgeable!! He finished the job in well under an hour!! Super happy with this company, anytime in the future that we need HVAC work, we will call them asap!! Thank you Yelp and Thank YOU CWS!!!

Received a call about the below review. Scheduled a walk-thru with two nice young men that answered my questions and wound up saving me a lot of money. I now recommend this business with the caveat that you make appointments with the scheduler and not the talent, so you don't get lost in the sauce like I did. In any case, the guys that stopped in were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful.

I asked for an electrician to install a 220V outlet in my garage for a large table saw. Texting, someone asked me why I wanted it, then after explaining it was for a tool nothing. Nobody returned further text messages or phone calls.

Job was started on 6/25/16 Brain took the weekend call but stated he would return Monday but had bypass the part so it would function for the weekend .Monday no show after 47 additional hours I call Nathan took the call and explained Brain didn't preform the correct task so he rewired some wires which was to repair the fault in the unit. Today I contacted the company Kenny call to say he had two job before me in Cove ! I explain that I could wait because the unit was not working once Kenny arrive he blame Nathan and Nathan blame Brain but my unit still is not fix ! Kenny came by wanting to charge me 125. 00X4 to rewire what I supposedly paid Nathan to correct please contact me for a refund if my 175.00 I have the video that I can send directly to you of Kenny very rudely explaining I explain that I was recording once he became rude

Nathan and Juan were fantastic. Very helpful and explained ever step. Juan would get on the roof on a rainy day and Nathan would brave a jungle to help a lady. Very nice young men. Thank you for your help

I had an electrical issue with my water heater and CWS took care of the issue. Willie was helpful and provided excellent service. He double checked several areas and in the end saved me money. I appreciate his honesty, courtesy, and commitment to the customer. I would definitely recommend using CWS. I will be using them for any future electrical and/or air conditioning repairs or services. In the end, I am very happy with the service they provided.

Very pleased with their timely service. Fast and friendly. I chose them based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I suffered without AC thinking my the unit would cost hundreds of dollars in repairs. My bill was much less than $200 and it was only that much because the technician recommended I fix a part that could go bad in the future. I will continue to use their service in the future! Just wanted to jot down how grateful I was for CWS Services coming out and fixing my a/c at the end of July. I had gone through 3 different a/c repair companies before FINALLY finding CWS. Nathan from CWS came out, found the problem, and repaired it, no problem. I kept waiting for it to stop working again (this was my experience from the 3 prior a/c repair companies), but it is STILL working, cooling my house, reaching the target temperature and it has been almost 2 months. To top it off, I paid them less for after hour service then the other 3 during regular hours.
Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend CWS to anyone with a/c problems.
