My tenants notified me of an urgent electrical issue last night. I wrote 15+ of the top rated electricians in my area, of which I heard back from about 10. A few weren't available, and others provided outrageous upfront quotes or really high trip charges + hourly rates.

I felt comfortable with James immediately and he was at my property in about an hour or so after our initial contact, coming from about 30min away. He charged me a very reasonable fee and quickly resolved the issue along with another associate of his. I will reaching back out in the future whenever I need anything electrical related done.

I called about a burning smell in the house, and the technician who answered was incredibly friendly and informative to help narrow down what it could be.

They were close by and took the time to stop by and investigate the burning smell. Even though they discovered that the smell was actually from a skunk and not an electrical problem, they didn't charge me for the visit.

I highly recommend them for any electrical needs. They are reliable, courteous, and customer-focused. I have also used them in the past for other work and each time they have been courteous and helpful in solving the issue at hand, , even in this case when it was more of a pest control problem

Really appreciate James helping us out. We had a weird issue with our new Wolf range where it would trip our breaker intermittently - we had multiple electricians come out to look at it. This took over a year and we were without an oven for the past 3 months. James troubleshot with me on the phone and agreed that it wasn't a straightforward fix. He came out to take a look - debugged some with me and gave me a free estimate.

It did take some time to schedule, but they came out today and reran a new circuit from our breaker panel and finally found the issue while running the new wiring - the old wiring had a cut in it and was intermittently touching and arcing and could have started a fire.

His guys cleaned up nicely and patched the holes they made. Thanks again James!

James responded with a precise quote for the cost of labor + the fan to be installed and provided all parts, so I didn't have to purchase anything on my own. He gave me the details of the product he planned to install so I could google and ensure it is what I wanted. He texted me to align on scheduling and let me know when he had time open up earlier in case I wanted him to come early. He was super nice and arrived and installed the fan wonderfully. This is your Electrician!! Normally, I handle most light electrical issues at my home, but when I troubleshoot it down to a faulty Circuit Breaker, I knew it was time to call in the professionals. After numerous attempts with other electricians and realized all they cared about was the $175 cost per hour.
