They did excellent and fast work and the guys were very professional. They offered a discount for cancelling our original appointment the morning of, which was appreciated. I would use this company again, hoping the scheduling issue was just a one-time thing.

I messaged Custom Electric last night and got a message back ASAP (I didn't realize, because I didn't get an email from yelp) and emailed them this morning and quickly got a call from Jason, maybe two minutes after messaging him! Prompt response! He said he was going to be in my neighborhood this afternoon and would be able to come after! On a Saturday! Yay! He came by and discovered the problem in about ten minutes and fixed it! He is personable and helpful. He didn't mind my questions or me looking over his shoulder. Will definitely use him again, hopefully not because of another power failure. =). He also addressed some other issues I didn't know I had. Awesome job.

Forgot to add, reasonably priced! Did I tell you he came out on a Saturday??? I received several quotes for much more, just to come out and take a look! Super happy with Jason!

My wife and I cannot recommend James and Custom Electric highly enough! We recently purchased our first home and due to the way the deal went through we had less than one week to get a ton of electrical and other work completed. We were not even sure such a thing was possible but James absolutely delivered.

James was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate meeting us to quote for the job. During the walk-through of the project we had in mind, James had many great questions and suggestions that we had not even considered which were very helpful.

We really just needed someone to quickly come in and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN which is exactly what James and his crew did. We really are so impressed and pleased with the speed and quality of the work! We had over a dozen recessed lights installed in a very high, sloped ceiling in two rooms, a chandelier hung from a wood beam which required some clever electrical work to hide the wires and new coaxial and network cable run throughout the entire house into several rooms.

Our experience was so pleasant we are already starting a list of minor items around the house and we intend to get Custom Electric back out in the near future to address all these items that we were initially going to do ourselves. Keep up the good work!

Wow! Awesome costumer service!!!!

James came on Tuesday to give us an estimate for some recessed lights in our living and kitchen areas. Came that Friday and installed everything! Both rooms look great!

Highly recommended!!!!

I even texted him that we were having issues with power on one of our wall outlets. He made time on a Saturday morning to come get it checked out and fixed it. Not even a 1 day turnaround.

We will be using him for all our electrical needs!!!!

James did a great job removing the fluorescent light ""box"" from our kitchen ceiling, providing recommendations for lighting, and then actually installing the recessed LED lighting. We also had him do a few other minor electrical work as well. 6 months later, and everything is still great! James is very courteous and pleasant to deal with, and recently, even came to our house on short notice and on a Sunday to troubleshoot an electrical issue.
