These guys are awesome. James and his crew rearranged their schedule to install new recessed lighting and mount a TV/soundbar for me so I didn't have to wait 3 weeks like other electrician companies I contacted. James was helpful in explaining where the best place was to install the recessed lighting and it ended up looking incredible. They completed the whole job in a couple of hours and James even stayed longer to help me get my sound bar to work. Great service! Will definitely use Custom Electric again!

I requested a response from four businesses for a price and date to install a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. Jake was the first to respond to both questions. He even came out on a Sunday to do the job. After he arrived, he showed me that the wall switch needed to be replaced as well. He replaced the switch and the fan in a professional manner for a reasonable price. His friendly personality made for an enjoyable experience. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

James went out of his way (after hours on a saturday) to come over to the house and check out our electric problem. The laundry room (washer and dryer) outlet went out. We had no power to that outlet. We tried resetting the GFI outlets and checked the breakers, but to no avail. He came over saturday, after working all day on another project, to figure out what was wrong. It turns out that it was a faulty breaker. To help us out, he put in a temporary breaker to allow me to do laundry saturday night. He then came back on a sunday morning to install a new breaker. What customer service and his rates are very reasonable !! I would highly recommend James and Custom Electric. I know that if I ever have another electric issue, I'm calling James.

I called Custom Electric and James called me right back, said he could be by in 40 minutes, was here within the promised timeframe. He addressed my mistake right away. James installed recessed lighting for us before Christmas. He was prompt in returning our phone calls, prompt in arriving the day the work was done (in fact, he was early), the walls and floors of the rooms he worked in were covered thoroughly in heavy canvas tarps and plastic, the work was completed much faster than I thought it would be, and the price was reasonable. He was also very helpful in suggesting a lighting layout and the number of lights for our space. I didn't think we'd need as many as he suggested, but I'm so glad I went with his suggestion because any less and it would have left a dark spot in one area. As soon as he left, I started thinking of other lighting improvements for our home! We will definitely call him for all of our future electrical needs.
