Salar installed two new Rachio smart sprinkler controllers in our San Mateo home. He asked great questions and got all the key info (and pictures) that he needed from me to confirm what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was quick to get back to me every step of the way and did a great job with the install, as well as training me on how to use the new system/app on my phone. Very easy to work with!

Salar agreed to help with the city permit application before the installation and had helped to fill out some paperwork during the installation. However, after the city came back and requested some amendments to the form, Salar suddenly changed his mind and would not agree to sign the form. He stopped responding to me and left me completely in the dark.

The only good thing I can say is that I have had no issues with the quality of the installation. However I can no longer receive my EV charging rebate due to Salar backing out of his agreement to sign the required permit paperwork.

I have been in communication with Salar for a few weeks before I actually got my NEMA14-50 installed. All my questions have been answered regarding different options for tesla wall charger and NEMA. Recently moved into a new house and the prior owner had left a Nest doorbell camera and lock system. Neither worked despite much trouble shooting. I initially hired an electrician to assess the issue to no avail.

Salar was able to diagnose and fix both issues in less than 30 minutes. It was obvious he is savvy and facile with such custom automations.

He even identified a essential working part of the lock system in my garage I did not notice.

Will definitely use him in the future for other items.

Salar was great! I contacted him about installing a new outlet and a whole house surge protector, and he came to my house three days later. He did the work for the price he quoted, which was very competitive compared to some other quotes we got, and within an hour. He was courteous and explained everything to us, and even sent us photos of the surge protector serial numbers to make it easy for us to register for the warranty. I'll definitely go to him for any future electrical needs!
