I was just called by Curtis Electric, I was told an invoice was not paid and I will be sent to collections if I didn't fulfill the payment. I let them know I have paid over $200.00 to this company and have the invoice to prove it, They sent out an electrician three different times and could not resolve my issue. They tried replacing used breakers in my electric box that seemed to remedy the problem. After noticing I still was having issues. After calling multiple times and having scheduled appointments canceled by the electricians. I called another company, I chalked the $200.00 for parts and labor. The other company immediately found that the bar in my breaker box was burned and the whole box needed to be replaced. He was even amazed that Curtis Electric did not see this obvious issue. I paid another $1200.00 to have my box replaced and am appalled they would even be calling me. And yes, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will seek further action.

Due to adding additional solar panels, we needed to upgrade our circuit panel. Our solar company contracted Curtis Electric to replace the panel. They did a FANTASTIC job!!! The panel was replaced in about 5 hrs (had to wait an additional 3 hours for the city inspectors and PG&E to do their thing). The following day, the stucco repair guy from Curtis Electric was here to repair the stucco. Again, a FANTASTIC job! Even color matched the paint! Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. We will use Curtis Electric for all our electrical needs in the future!

After numerous attempts to get a hold of an electrician I was able to get a hold of Curtis Electrical who normally does Commercial and Industrial but now also does Residential.

They were courteous and polite on the phone I was directed to another line for quotes. I was called back the same day in a couple of hours. After explaining my needs I was given a quote and a timeline. They were able to squeeze me in two days later.

The Electrician arrived on time and was a professional that explained the job and my options. Work was completed in the time quoted and on budget.

I will definitely be calling them again.
