I have always taken on side projects, but I decided to establish my own venture. My former employer, who gave me a chance as a Superintendent on a significant undertaking in the South—the Navy Federal Headquarters in Bueller, Florida. We were subcontracted by Barracco Electric, and I joined three other electricians. Eventually, the team grew to 50 by the time I left the company.
