I have always taken on side projects, but I decided to establish my own venture. My previous supervisor, who trusted me with a Superintendent role on a major project in the southeastern region—the Navy Federal Headquarters in Bueller, Florida. We worked as a subcontractor for Barracco Electric, and I joined three other electricians. Eventually, the team grew to 50 by the time I moved on from that job.
