Wonderful people to work with. No high pressure sales. They were true to their word and actually installed the generator a little ahead of the timeline that they first presented. I had an issue and called the emergency line to speak to someone. The call was returned promptly even though it was after nine on a Friday night. I didn't think I would hear anything from them until Monday at the soonest. Turned out that the problem had nothing to do with the generator or the install, but the serviceman solved it for me over the phone anyway. What outstanding service! To go to the extent of talking it through with me and helping me to a solution - on a weekend to boot! That's going above and beyond. It's heartening to know that there are still honorable, kind people in the business world. I can't speak too highly of them. I look forward to continuing our business relationship as they service my generator year to year. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS PRICE!! $489 for 1.5 hours. $198 1st time customer fee is a crock. It was explained to me as that was if there was an issue and it covered the 1st hour. No issue, just a battery like I told them initially and had available. $289 was service on top of that. When I tried to talk to the manager about it, he was belittling and flat RUDE, talking on top of me every sentence. Do NOT Recommend!!!

If I could give less stars I would , an absolute terrible experience with this company. I at first called the company to see what a charge would be to come and see why 2 rooms in my house had no power , the receptionist stated to me that before any work would be done we would be given the option to decline based off of the price given. Fast forward and the company comes while I am at work and fixed a breaker without anyone knowing and is charging $129.00 , paying this would be no issue if they had let me know before hand that just coming to look would cost that much , instead I was lied to and deceived by a company that I would love to have supported. When I called to try to resolve this issue Becky stated that she did not believe the receptionist had said that, calling your customer a liar is not a way to stay in business very long. I hope the manager takes action and holds his subordinates accountable for their actions or I see this company going down the wrong path.
