Roger immediately jumped on an electrical problem and fixed it in short order. I asked him about replacing my electrical panels (recommended by another electrician) and he assured me that the panels didn't need to be replaced and gave me some cost effective ideas for increasing circuit capacity in my house. He could have easily repeated that other electrician's recommendation and quoted a multi-thousand dollar job, but instead recommended a more cost effective solution.

He educated me on my options and did not push for a hard sell. I appreciate the honest and the prompt response to my emergency even though I wasn't already a customer.

Roger is now the first call I will make for any of my electrical issues.

Great customer service! I called Roger at 3 pm on a friday because a handyman had attempted to fix some electrical issues in our house for 2 days, replacing breakers, and outlets, and somehow caused half the power to go off in the house. The handyman had no idea what to do. Roger and his crew was able to diagnose the issue in about 10 mins and once he got the part, fix it in about 10 mins. I don't normally like writing these but Roger Cunningham of Cunningham Electric, did such a fantastic job I thought it was the right thing to do.

I bought a house that needed a ton of electrical work. There was no overhead lighting anywhere in the house and I was remodeling the kitchens and bathrooms. I was on a tight budget so I wanted someone who could make reasonable recommendations as to design and lighting but wasn't over the top on price. Roger was perfect. First of all, he showed up (more than I could say for a number of other companies I called.) Secondly, he didn't treat me like a used car salesman. Roger was professional, no-nonsense, gave me good recommendations and lots of choices. There were a number of things I HAD to have and then there were things that were nice, but maybe I didn't need to have done now or could do later. He even talked me out of a couple of things I thought I needed (imagine that!).

His guys were courteous, polite and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I was really impressed with their punctuality, prices and the overall work product. My house is now done and it looks amazing! Honestly I didn't really realize how important lighting is but it totally made my house come together. I highly recommend this company Electric to family and friends. You won't be sorry!
